Unless you intend on taking on some pretty staggering high-end tools and games, anything in this range should be both affordable and offer more than enough power to suit your needs.

The power supply

With all of these new gadgets being added, you might find your PC is using a bit more power than you had first assumed. To work out what you will need, take a look at the power usage of each new piece of hardware you buy and work out what the combined wattage is going to be for your new power supply.
