I had an issue after building my PC. Was able to get me in immediately, had it back within a couple hours with it running perfectly. I had a follow up issue (unrelated) and was quick to assist me remotely as a follow up. Very professional. Would highly recommend.

This is the first time I had a computer built and it is awesome, I first spoke with Evan about what I wanted and he definitely steered me in the right direction, within a few days it was ready! Brian came to my house and transferred everything from my old computer to the new one, he did an amazing job. I highly recommend this company. If you have any issues Evan is more than happy to help!! He is the best!! The only way to get a new computer is to have one built by PC Revive!

I searched for nearly three weeks for assistance with my all-in-one Dell XPS 27-inch screen. It seemed that every computer technician I spoke to was unable to help me until I called Evan. Not only was he able to see me today, but he also successfully retrieved all the data I needed from my computer, including my wedding photos and videos. I highly recommend him and will definitely return to him when I need to buy another computer.

I had an issue on a very expensive desktop PC I had been trying to fix for a week. I tried every solution I could find on youtube, reddit, the manuals; basically, everywhere you’d look. I gave up and called Evan on Saturday evening. He was at my house by 9am on Sunday and had the problem solved completely by 10 am, and for a fair and honest price. Evan was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and trustworthy. Great service!

Brian and Evan are the best! They came to my house to fix a tricky Wi-Fi issue. I had called another tech company before, but they couldn’t figure it out. Evan and Brian showed up, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed everything in no time. Before, I couldn’t access any bank websites, but now my Wi-Fi is faster than ever and my computer is working flawlessly. Highly recommend their computer repair service — 10/10!

Evan helped me build an audio production PC to replace my old one. Highly, highly recommend PC Revive!!! It was such a pleasure working with Evan, and a great learning experience. I had never had a custom PC built before. Evan was extremely flexible with his time and patient with my million questions - always keeping me informed on his progress and timelines. He took the time to understand PC needs, even looking at my complicated spreadsheets with the PC objectives, constraints, rough ideas on computer specs, etc. He communicated not only his recommended PC parts but also his thinking and rationale behind each one, and double checking I was OK with my decisions where there was gray area. He never recommended any superfluous parts to raise the price. He shared recommended parts lists on PCPartsPicker so I could even compare prices of different suppliers to reduce costs. His prices for designing, building, and software (including priceless services like "de-bloating" Windows) were extremely reasonable. I know I saved a lot of money on this compared to competitors (e.g., Digital Storm) and am confident the PC is *exactly* what I need and super powerful where it counts. The PC runs great, and my audio production workflow is back with serious fire power! I cannot thank Evan enough. I'm so glad to have connected and am confident that he can address all future PC/IT tasks, great and small. Thank you immensely, Evan! You ROCK!

Evan is Wonderful. All you have to do is call him - he will make time for you quickly, come to your home -assess your computer problem and come up with a practical, cost effective solution. We love Evan. We live in Atlantis and are older and technically challenged so having someone you can trust to come to you and fix your problems is a lifesaver. Also he not only diagnoses problems, but can set up your new computer with all of your old data and get you up to speed very fast. We have him on our rolodex so will definitely use him in the future.

I had a New HP Laptop sent to me and upon starting the set up procedure, I ended up locked out of the system without the correct password. It was asking for a password that I never set up. Very frustrating. Evan was able to come to my home the next day to get me taken care of. Sounds like it was a problem with how the computer was set up from the factory. While it was running, it was not communicating with the hard drive???? (Over my head). Evan was able to get into the computer and get everything corrected and up and running. Probably took just over 1 hour, but he stuck with it and got it fixed for me. 100% Satisfied. Thanks

Evan is probably the most responsible, professional, courteous, and friendly young man I’ve met in the past decade, at least. We had a few long time PC issues that we finally decided to get around to addressing. Called PC Revive and Evan came out when he said he would, worked quickly and efficiently to diagnose my problem(s) and then offered a very cost effective solution. Came back to implement his suggestions and recommendations and got us back up and running in record time with new equipment and some fixes to our existing equipment. We couldn’t be happier. Was working one afternoon on my laptop, the computer locked up and I tried to reboot it but it kept coming up with an error. I called pc revive and Evan came to our hotel he was in front of my computer for less than 15 minutes and had it running absolutely faster than it did when it was new. I wound up purchasing his antivirus and I must say that after 4 months now I have not had a single issue with it since he worked his magic. The antivirus software has stopped numerous viruses while doing the simplest of tasks. I highly recommend his software to stop the malicious contents of the web.
