PC Revive provides professional computer repair, IT support, and related technical services to residential and business customers in West Palm Beach and Palm Beach County, Florida.

By using this website, submitting a contact form, scheduling service, or authorizing any repair or technical work, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

These Terms apply to:

3. Scope of Services

PC Revive provides services including, but not limited to:

  • Laptop and desktop computer repair
  • Virus and malware removal
  • Data recovery and backup assistance
  • Hardware upgrades and replacements
  • Custom desktop PC builds
  • Networking setup and troubleshooting
  • Software troubleshooting
  • Residential and small business IT support

Services may be provided onsite, remotely, or at our physical location, depending on the issue.

4. No Guarantee of Repair or Data Recovery

While PC Revive uses reasonable skill, care, and industry-standard practices:

  • We do not guarantee that any repair will be successful
  • We do not guarantee that data can be recovered
  • Some issues may be irreversible due to hardware failure, prior damage, malware, or system age

By authorizing service, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • You are authorized to request service on the device
  • You have backed up all important data prior to service
  • You understand repairs may result in data loss or system changes
  • You have disclosed any known issues, damage, or prior repair attempts

PC Revive is not responsible for lost, damaged, or inaccessible data under any circumstances.

6. Authorization to Access Devices

By submitting a device for repair or requesting remote support, you authorize PC Revive to:

  • Access files and system settings as needed for diagnostics and repair
  • Install, remove, or modify software and hardware
  • Perform necessary testing to complete services

Access is limited strictly to what is required to perform the requested service.

7. Fees, Estimates & Payment

  • Fees are based on service type, complexity, and time required
  • Estimates are provided when possible but are not guarantees
  • Additional authorization may be required if issues are discovered
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed

All fees are non-refundable once work has been performed.

8. Abandoned Devices

Devices left unclaimed for 30 days after service completion or notification may be considered abandoned.

PC Revive reserves the right to:

  • Charge storage fees
  • Dispose of or recycle abandoned devices

PC Revive is not responsible for abandoned property.

9. Shipping & Mail-In Devices

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated
  • PC Revive is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during shipping
  • Shipping insurance is strongly recommended
  • Devices sent disassembled are accepted at customer risk

10. Refund Policy

  • No refunds for completed labor or diagnostics
  • Parts refunds are subject to supplier return policies
  • Refunds are not issued due to unsuccessful repair attempts

Attempted repairs are billable regardless of outcome.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • PC Revive shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Data loss
    • Business interruption
    • Lost profits
    • System downtime

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service performed.

12. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, graphics, and layout, is the property of PC Revive and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Website content is provided “as is” and may change without notice.

13. Third-Party Software & Hardware

PC Revive is not responsible for:

  • Manufacturer defects
  • Third-party software failures
  • Warranty limitations imposed by vendors

Any warranties on parts or software are governed by the original manufacturer or provider.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PC Revive, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Misuse of services
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Unauthorized access or use of systems

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

PC Revive reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
